At this time, Cinnamon Motif ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories. In stock orders are shipped 1-2 days after your order is placed. Orders not immediately in stock are shipped in 5 business days. Please make sure that the shipping and billing addresses are correct and complete, including if applicable company name, apartment number number, and/or suite number if applicable. Once an order has been placed, we will not be able to make any changes to the original order. If you must make a change , you must cancel the original order and complete a new order because orders are immediatly moved to processing upon completion of your order. Packaging - We send all our packages with your privacy in mind. Packages are mailed in either a plain white poly-vinyl packages, USPS postal packaging, or a brown box. No indication of the contents is made on the package with the exception of the word "clothing" when required for international shipments. In-stock items are sent as a single shipment (based on current inventory and your selections) within three to four business days (our inventory changes on a weekly basis, check back regularly for new arrivals. Prior to each new season, our manufacturers determine which styles will no longer be made (discontinued). Backorder items ship separately (U.S./Canada only - regular mail selections only) as they arrive from the manufacturer. If you have any questions concerning your back order, contact customer service. On the day your order is shipped, we will email you a shipment confirmation showing what was shipped, how it was shipped and the total amount charged to you.

Cinnamon Motif charges no sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site.
- Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Cinnamon Motif reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. If you have a return, all returns must be pre approved prior to return. Email customer with your order name, name, and your form of payment to customerservice@cinnamonmotif.com You may return any item with the exception of undergarments ( panties, bras, stockings, etc.). Returns items will be accepted 10 days from the date of your receipt of item. All return request after that date will not be accepted. Returns should be mailed to P.O. Box 24614, Richmond. Va. 23224. All returns must be returned in the original packaging with all tags in place. Once your return is received and verified your funds will be refunded to you minus shipping and handling. A restocking fee of $7 dollars is applied to all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
